FAQ
How does payment work?
Design services are paid in full upfront so we can allocate our team and get started without delay. For sampling and production, we work on a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. All payment terms are clearly outlined in your contract before any work begins — no surprise
How long does the process take?
Every project is different, but here's a general guide:
- Sampling — 4 to 6 weeks from the agreed start date, once all designs, fabrics, and trims are received
- Production — 4 to 8 weeks standard, with rush options available in 1 to 4 weeks (a rush fee applies)
Start dates are confirmed at the time of contracting and depend on your readiness and our current schedule. We're always transparent about timelines upfront.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, but we keep it flexible. We work with low MOQs specifically to support emerging designers and smaller brands who are testing new designs or launching their first collection. Get in touch and we'll discuss what works for your project.
Are you based locally and do you work with international clients?
We are a tailoring and fashion studio working with both local and international clients. Whether you're nearby or across borders, we communicate clearly, share updates digitally, and make the process as smooth as possible regardless of location.
How do you make sure my garments meet the standard I expect?
Every production project is assigned a dedicated point of contact from our team who manages the entire process on your behalf. They coordinate between you and our production partners, keep you updated at every stage, handle any issues that arise, and make sure the final product meets the quality and timeline agreed in your contract. You won't be chasing anyone, we come to you.
